D.C. Granger, Inc. provides/purchases a 6-year warranty for all homes. This warranty covers standard workmanship and provides an outline for both homeowner and builder. The homeowner is given a 50 page manual detailing the specifics of the warranty.
Although a formal warranty is given to the homeowner, the relationship between builder and homeowner does not end when the home is completed. Darin makes a personal commitment that is not written on any warranty. He treats every new homeowner like family and wants only the best experience of buying and living in one of his homes regardless of how much time has passed since the actual date of purchase.
