Our Commitment to Luxury
Our company is passionate about materials. We love luxury just as much as our clients do. This is why each and every home that we build is filled with luxurious materials and quality craftsmanship.
Our homes naturally vary in price depending upon the size of the home and the locations where they are built. However, our homes do not vary in quality. We pride ourselves in finding creative ways to add luxury with minimal building cost increase. We are able to design even our most modest priced homes with materials like bamboo flooring, slab countertops, tile backsplashes, floor to ceiling stone work around our fireplaces, beautiful undecounter sinks, substantial moldings, contemporary light fixtures, all necessary stainless appliances and more.
Our standards for every home remain consistent during the building process and include such amenities as integrated cable networking systems for computers, surround sound, installed mounting mechanisms for plasma televisions, energy efficient lighting and insulated bathroom plumbing for increased privacy to name a few.
Our Home Styles
We build both single family homes and townhomes in many different styles. Our styles include but are not limited to, Traditional Craftsman, Northwest Modern, Contemporary and Mediterranean.
Before we begin the building process on one of our sites, we make a conscious and thorough assessment of the neighborhood we are building in. It is our commitment to the community and the integrity of the business to build homes that compliment the existing feel of the neighborhood.
Our goal is to enhance the overall appearance of our new neighborhood, not to detract or take away from the existing charm.
Our Foresight
DC Granger, Inc. has foreseen a need in the market for a family home that not only has ample space for the ongoing activities of daily life, but also the practicality of features that make busy lives manageable. Our homes incorporate concepts like second floor laundry rooms and double sinks in the 'kids bathroom' to give an example.
We have also anticipated the need for smaller homes to accommodate single home owners and urban couples that want to maintain their active lifestyles.
Who is DC Granger
Darin Granger, President of DC Granger Inc. has been building homes in the Northwest for over 15 years.
A native of the Northwest, Darin has a unique advantage in the home building industry. He has honed his skills through his apprenticeship with another Northwest native with over 40 years to his credit, his father. Darin is joined by his brothers who are also part of the family business.
Warranty
We purchase a 6-year structural warranty for all homes. This warranty covers standard workmanship and provides an outline for both homeowner and builder. The homeowner is given a detailed manual describing the specific coverage of the warranty.
Community and Membership
We are proud to be members of the Masters Builders Association and have achieved the Built Green membership.
